We meet the plumber, sign for the sofa, and let the window cleaners in, so nobody takes a morning off to wait. Vendors are booked, supervised, and followed up until the job is finished. Closets, pantries, and garages are reset once and kept that way. We coordinate licensed trades rather than do licensed work ourselves, and the weekly summary lists every visit, delivery, and open item in the house.

Before the season, the house is aired, stocked, and checked, and anything broken is reported before you arrive. Between visits, Aurora HomeWatch keeps an eye on it: keys and codes held and logged, deliveries taken in, plants watered, problems caught early. When you leave, it is closed properly behind you. In Palm Springs and the rest of the valley, the same team runs festival weekends.
