Scene four · the plan
Booked early,
run on time.
The April weekends fill quickly, for us and for every chef, driver, and provider in the valley. Tell us where you are staying, which weekend, and how many are coming. We put the weekend together from there and send you the plan in writing before anything is booked.
Where you stay shapes the weekend. Palm Springs has the most houses and the longest drive to the grounds, so cars and departure times are planned around the traffic. Palm Desert and La Quinta sit closer, and Rancho Mirage falls in between. Wherever the house is, it is opened the same way, and someone is on call until you leave.
Before you book

How far ahead should we book?

As soon as you have the house. We take festival weekends from January, and later requests are accommodated when the schedule allows. Pricing works the same way as the rest of our services: hourly, by the job, or on a retainer, quoted in writing before anyone starts.

Can you set up a rental house too?

Yes. A rental is opened and stocked the same way as a second home. We work out access and check-in times with the host or property manager so it is ready when you arrive.

Is someone on call during the weekend?

Yes. A named point of contact who knows the house and the plan is on call from Thursday to Monday.
