Yes. Consultations are on site or by phone and run 15 to 30 minutes depending on the household.

Retainers are set monthly with an agreed number of hours, and you get a weekly summary of what was done and what comes next.

Same-day requests are accommodated when the schedule allows, at a rush rate. Standing clients get priority. The more notice, the better the odds.

Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Inside 24 hours, the scheduled time is billed. For retainer clients, it draws from that month's hours.

Credit card, check, or cash. Invoices are sent through a secure portal. Retainers are billed at the start of each month.

Yes, on request. Discretion is standard regardless. The team does not discuss clients, homes, or households.

Yes. We hold keys and codes for standing clients, and for second homes under Aurora HomeWatch. Access is logged, stored securely, and returned or reset when service ends.

We are not a licensed contractor, medical caregiver, or childcare provider. Our new mom work is setup and logistics, not care of the child. We coordinate and supervise trades rather than perform licensed work ourselves, and we will tell you plainly when something needs a licensed professional instead.
